Extraction Profit Calculator
Was that raid actually profitable? Price the full kit, add insurance and your real extraction rate, and get expected value per raid, break-even loot, and a straight answer on whether the loadout pays for itself.
How it works
kit cost = gear + ammo + meds + insurance recovery = insurance rate × (gear + ammo) → returned even on death EV per raid = extraction rate × loot + recovery − kit cost break-even loot = (kit cost − recovery) ÷ extraction rate
The model assumes ammo and armor are the insurable kit and meds are consumed either way. If your insurance rules differ, fold the difference into the gear or insurance fields. See methodology for assumptions and how to audit them.
FAQ
How is expected value per raid calculated?
EV = (extraction chance × loot) + (insurance recovery chance × insured kit value) − total kit cost, where kit cost includes gear, ammo, meds and the insurance premium. Insurance recovery counts whether you extract or die — that is what you are paying for.
What extraction chance should I use?
Use your own recent record, not a hopeful guess: check your last 20 raids in your profile stats. Most players overestimate their survival rate; running the calculator with your true rate is the whole point.
Does the calculator include quest item value?
Not directly. If an item in your bag is a quest objective, add its "worth it to you" value to the loot field — finishing a quest can be worth more than its Koena price.
